Gigeiss began in 2020 with a simple observation: online stores across Southeast Asia were growing faster than their back-office operations could keep up. Orders piled up, product listings drifted out of date, and inventory counts stopped matching reality. Founders and small teams were spending their nights on data entry instead of building their business.
We set out to fix that by building a dependable operations partner — a remote team that handles order processing, product listings and inventory coordination so store owners can focus on their customers and products. What started as a handful of people has grown into a distributed team spread across the region.
We're proud that most of our teammates joined us with little or no prior experience. We hire for care, curiosity and reliability, then invest in training. Many have since grown into coordinator and team-lead positions — proof that a first job in operations can be the start of a real career.
